Today is an exciting day! A recent interview with Cheryl Snapp Conner, a contributing author to Forbes.com and CEO of Snapp Conner PR, went live on Forbes.com today.

I was interviewed by Cheryl on different wants to motivate employees and increase morale without giving a pay raise.

I gave the following important points that we use in our own organization:

1. Give them a reason to believe.

2. Show you care.

3. Recognize the good.

4. Learn the value of “fringe”.

5. Promote from within.

6. Bring on the fun.
