1. Physical Wellness at Work
The gold standard for a corporate wellness program is something that addresses the physical health and wellness of your employees.
That could mean offering a free or discounted gym membership, organizing a walking group at lunch times, or bringing in a nutritionist to help employees reach and maintain optimum health.
In-office massage programs also provide a wellness service that can reduce injuries or muscle knots, and can also speed up recovery from an old injury.
