Nivati Announces New Mental Health Tools with Sleep Neuro-Music Library

Sleep tech can drastically help clients improve their employees’ mental health

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – January 5, 2021 – Nivati, the holistic mental health platform with the most tools for employees, has added a new sleep-improving neuro-music library to their platform for all current clients and their employees. These new sleep tracks will be a new tool in Nivati’s platform to support mental health, in addition to their core offering of virtual therapy and proactive care tools like meditation, life coaching, and more.

Sleep and mental health are closely intertwined. According to NCBI, 75% of people who struggle with depression have symptoms of a sleep disorder. Lack of sleep (less than 6 hours per night) makes a person 2.5 times more likely to have frequent mental distress, according to the CDC

Nivati’s sleep tracks are produced by world-renowned neuroscientists. The 60-minute tracks include neuro-musical synchronization to help optimize brain waves for sleep.

Studies have proven that this sleep-oriented neuro music can:

  • double the time spent in deep sleep
  • increase slow-wave sleep by approximately 200%
  • decrease the time to fall asleep by 55%
  • decrease tossing and turning by 40%

These audio tracks will provide employees with another powerful way to destress and recharge, helping them take care of themselves properly so they can thrive on and off the job.

“The data is overwhelming proving sleep is critically connected to mental health,” stated CEO and Founder of Nivati, Amelia Wilcox. “We are excited to be leading the charge to improve mental health by innovating in the sleep category. We are confident this tool will support employees as they work to prioritize their entire being through sleep and self-care.”
