We’re excited to be a part of Room Here’s online race this weekend! Join in on the stress relieving fun, with options for a 5k, 10k or 1 mile walk. Plus, Nivati will be providing additional stress management services for each participant. Every race needs a little post-run care! Stretch out with our virtual yoga instructors, roll out any lingering muscle tension as our massage therapists lead you through a guided massage, or slow way down with meditation. The perfect end to a virtual race.

Room Here champions mental wellness in the workplace, which makes them a great partner for us! They are a non-profit organization that promotes mental fitness in the workplace. Mental fitness is about working on our minds, but also our bodies. That’s why Room Here is hosting a virtual 5k, 10k, or 1 mile walk. Event proceeds will go to Room Here in order to fund future programs and resources that will aid local businesses in addressing mental health.

These rings bring a creative combination of style, safety and comfort, and you can have one on your hand free of charge when you sign up for this weekend’s race.
When you sign up you’ll automatically also receive an hour of complimentary services from Nivati! You can choose to participate in a full hour of one service such as yoga, meditation, guided massage, personal training, life coaching or nutrition — or split your time into two 30 minute sessions to try out a variety of our services. Once you’ve signed up you’ll receive a link to our proprietary platform, where you’ll be able to create an account and select the session lengths and times you’d like to participate in.
Once you have an account, choose the service that sounds most beneficial to you! After a run, perhaps you need a virtual yoga session to relax and stretch. Or maybe, you’re looking for continued mental support, and would love to chat with a life coach. Another option is to try out virtual guided massage — where one of our massage therapists will give clear and detailed instructions via a live Zoom call, and guide you through the steps of massaging your tight muscles. We offer all that and more!
