Kristen is a registered dietitian and massage therapist. She has been in practice for an impressive twenty years! Her areas of specialization include mindfulness, meditation, intuitive eating, food intolerance, and plant-based cooking. Kristen believes that there is goodness in all things and it is her joy to walk in that goodness everyday!
Brian has spent 19 years in the health and fitness industry as a licensed massage therapist, holistic health coach, corrective exercise specialist and self-massage expert. He has worked with thousands of clients from all over the world–even Olympic athletes! You can also find Brian doing inspirational speaking events and personal growth coaching.
Lauren has been in the fitness industry over 10 years and has a bachelor’s degree in health and wellness. She’s a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She loves helping people of all ages achieve their health goals. When she’s not instructing classes you can find her enjoying gardening and playing with her kids.
