There are just some things about how we operate here at Nivati that means we’re not a good fit for every company who wants chair massage.
The corporate chair massage industry is bigger than most people realize. And growing bigger every year. This is great news for many reasons. It means more workers are getting in-office massage therapy than ever before. Businesses of all kinds and sizes can find the perfect massage company to work with.
But just like any other decision you make about your business, choosing a massage company for office massage take some consideration.
How We Don’t Do On-Site Massage Therapy
1. We are not the cheapest massage firm.
If you are looking for the cheapest option out there, we are probably not a good fit. With massage, you definitely get what you pay for, and our services are all-inclusive. From our Premium Services online/mobile scheduling and payments to custom event management and analytics, our fees cover everything, including tips!
Our therapists go through the most rigorous screening and hiring processes in the industry. We maintain all their licensing and insurance coverage so you don’t have to. And we also provide monthly trainings to all our staff to keep their skills sharp.
Because an exceptional customer experience is our main concern, we are just not the cheapest massage firm out there.
2. We are not for companies who don’t invest in their employees.
If your company doesn’t like to spend money on their #1 asset — their employees — then we aren’t a good fit for you.
At Nivati, we invest our time, money, and resources into our team. We invest in their education, training, wellness, recognition, and even massage!
And we only work with companies who are as passionate as we are at investing in their employees.
So if your company likes to “turn and burn” through employees, we won’t be able to help you.
3. We do not provide employee-paid massage programs.
Since we only work with companies who choose to invest in their employees, we are not a massage firm that comes into the workplace to provide massage for employees at solely their own cost.
We will only work with businesses who are willing to pay 50%—100% for employee massage.
If you are looking for massage services that don’t cost the company a dime, then we are not the massage firm for you.
4. We are not a vendor, we are a partner.
In addition to #3, we have learned it’s much more advantageous for our clients to have a partnership with us, instead of having a vendor relationship where we come in to solicit to your employees. Additionally, for the employees, it’s a much greater perceived benefit to have the employer pay some or all of the cost.
If you have a strict non-solicitation policy at your organization, then we most definitely comply. But if you are looking for a vendor to come in and solicit to your employees, that’s not what we do.
5. We are not for companies that don’t value culture.
At Nivati, our values and culture are key everything we do. We promote from within, we invest in our team, and we care about our employees’ lives and families.
Similarly to #2, we really only work with companies who value culture and working to cultivate the best corporate culture in their own space that they can.
6. We are not a brick-and-mortar location.
We are an on-site corporate massage company that provides chair and table massage programs and events for companies nationwide.
Because we ONLY work with businesses doing corporate massage, we do not have a brick-and-mortar location anywhere that your employees can visit.
Because of this, we don’t offer our services for free at health fairs or company events to drum up business for ourselves. There are plenty of other spas and chiropractor’s offices who are more than happy to provide that service, but that’s not what we do.
